What the service covers
Interior design here starts with one question: how will this space actually be used? We define the use, the movement and the number of people who will occupy it, then build the layout, lighting, materials and furniture on top of that.
The service covers residential and commercial spaces alike: the majlis and living rooms, offices, cafés and restaurants, hospitality lounges and retail floors. Each space type has its own considerations, and they are settled in the design, not after it.
What you actually receive
What you receive depends on the contracted scope. The path usually begins with space planning, a design concept and 3D images that let you judge the result before work starts. If you need what execution requires, the scope can extend to construction drawings, material and finish schedules and a bill of quantities.
You choose these options when you fill in your request, and they can be adjusted later with the designer.
How it connects to our process
Interior design follows the four How We Work phases: understand your project, plan the space, design and visualise, then deliver the design. The path has clear approval points: the plan is approved before the concept, the design is approved before drawings and schedules, and there is a final acceptance at delivery.
If you want the path to continue on site, Design & Build explains how.

Frequently asked questions
What should I prepare before requesting?
Start with the “Start Your Project” form: choose the project type, then location and size, what you need, what you already have (drawings, photos, dimensions), your style and timing, and finally your contact details and a review before sending. Give the country, city and district only — not your home address. You can upload up to 10 files, with a maximum of 15 MB per file and 60 MB in total, in JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF format. Uploading is optional; your files are private, never published, and used for your request only.
Do I see the design before execution?
Yes. We show you the design before execution, and the work passes three approval points with you: layout approval, design approval, then final acceptance. The images on this site are 3D Concept Visualisations — Not Physically Built.
Do I need drawings before I start?
Not necessarily. In the “What you have” step you tick what is available — architectural drawings, DWG or PDF files, site photos, dimensions or inspiration images — and add whatever you can.
What do I receive with interior design?
What you receive depends on the contracted scope. The request form offers: space planning, design concept, 3D images, 3D video, virtual walkthrough, construction drawings, material and finish schedules, and a bill of quantities.
