Corporate & Offices — interior design for offices and company headquarters in Riyadh
Interior design for offices and company headquarters by a Riyadh studio: planning for how you work, an identity that reflects you, and 3D visualisation first.

The challenge
An office combines individual work, meetings and reception, each needing a different balance of quiet and openness. The challenge is to lay the space out for the teams and reflect the company identity without straining the budget or daily use.
Spaces we design

Our approach
We begin by understanding how the company works, then plan the space before any design, and agree the plan with you. We then build the visual concept and present it in 3D.
What matters in offices and corporate spaces
A good office serves how the team works before it draws attention. What we review first:
- Headcount, departments and how they collaborate, and where each needs quiet or openness.
- Meeting rooms and reception, which clients see first.
- Lighting and comfort in workplaces used for long hours.
- Storage, services and the technology required at workstations.
- Company identity reflected in the space without exaggeration.
Services that typically apply
Most office projects rest on Interior Design, with Exterior Design & Façades added if the façade or entrance is in scope. 3D Visualisation helps management approve the plan and atmosphere before execution. Design & Build is available for those who prefer a single route.
Styles close to the character
Work environments tend towards calm, clear visual languages, such as Modern, Contemporary and Warm Minimalism. The choice follows your company identity, and all styles are on the Design Styles page.
What to prepare for your request
- The office area and plan if available, or the building location.
- The approximate headcount and how it divides across departments.
- The facilities required: meeting rooms, reception, service areas.
- Company identity, colours and logo if available.

Frequently asked questions
What should I prepare before requesting?
Start with the “Start Your Project” form: choose the project type (“Corporate & Offices”), then location and size, what you need, what you already have (drawings, photos, dimensions), your style and timing, and finally your contact details and a review before sending. Give the country, city and district only — not your home address. You can upload up to 10 files, with a maximum of 15 MB per file and 60 MB in total, in JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF format. Uploading is optional; your files are private, never published, and used for your request only.
Do I see the design before execution?
Yes. We show you the design before execution, and the work passes three approval points with you: layout approval, design approval, then final acceptance. The images on this site are 3D Concept Visualisations — Not Physically Built.
Do you also execute the design?
Yes. “Design & Build” is one of our services, and “Execution” is one of the options under what you need in the request form. The execution scope follows the contract, and you can also request design only.
What do I receive for my project?
What you receive depends on the contracted scope. The request form offers: space planning, design concept, 3D images, 3D video, virtual walkthrough, construction drawings, material and finish schedules, and a bill of quantities.
