Project type

3D Concept Visualisation — Not Physically Built. This is an exhibition booth design project for EXPEIQ (an AI marketing agency, by Expertise House): concept, 3D visualisation, shop drawings and quantities. The booth has not been built or installed. The pictures and the film are visualisations produced from the 3D model.

The brief

A 9 × 6 m booth (54 m²) on a raised 100 mm platform, open on all four sides, with two partial feature walls, kept to a low execution cost: a premium look comes from lighting and detailing rather than from a ceiling or rigging. The venue and event are not fixed.

The design

A 5.7 m LED wall with pilasters divides the booth into a front lounge and a back zone, and carries the EXPEIQ film and brand. A reception desk with a backlit logo panel welcomes visitors at the front corner, a coffee counter with a fluted Electric Blue panel and a bilingual Arabic–English graphic anchors the back corner, and meeting tables sit under focused spotlights.

Brand

The EXPEIQ identity is used as supplied in the client's Brand Kit: Electric Blue #2563FF and Ink Navy #0A0F1C, the primary logo and wordmark unchanged, and blue LED edge lighting on the platform.

Materials and details

  • Electric Blue lacquer on the reception end, coffee counter and pilaster fins
  • Ink Navy lacquer on the back face of the timber feature wall
  • An oak-look timber slat wall and a louvre screen
  • A raised platform with an anodised aluminium edge and LED strip
  • Provisional colours and finishes until physical samples are approved

What was delivered

  • 15 3D views, including a top view and close-ups of the reception and coffee counter
  • A 107-second walkthrough film
  • Shop drawings (SD-00 to SD-16) and a quantity take-off without prices
  • A virtual-reality walkthrough of the unbuilt design for headsets, prepared for the client's review

Structural, electrical and organiser approvals by licensed parties are outside this design set.
