What the service covers
This service is for those who want the design itself to carry on to the site. Instead of moving between parties, one path runs from construction drawings to execution within the agreed scope.
The scope is set clearly in the contract: what falls under design, what falls under execution, and what is handled by others, such as structural or MEP works where they apply.

What you receive
Depending on the contracted scope:
- Construction drawings that define the details the work is built on.
- Material and finish schedules that record what is used where.
- A bill of quantities setting out the items required.
- Fit-out and execution on site, where contracted.
How the path works
This service follows, or runs alongside, the first phases of How We Work: understand your project, plan the space, design and visualise. In the Deliver phase the drawings, materials and quantities are prepared and delivery is confirmed by final acceptance. The project then moves to execution if it is part of the contract.
The picture is completed by Interior Design or Exterior Design & Façades, depending on your project.

Frequently asked questions
What should I prepare before requesting?
Start with the “Start Your Project” form: choose the project type, then location and size, what you need, what you already have (drawings, photos, dimensions), your style and timing, and finally your contact details and a review before sending. Give the country, city and district only — not your home address. You can upload up to 10 files, with a maximum of 15 MB per file and 60 MB in total, in JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF format. Uploading is optional; your files are private, never published, and used for your request only.
Do I see the design before execution?
Yes. We show you the design before execution, and the work passes three approval points with you: layout approval, design approval, then final acceptance. The images on this site are 3D Concept Visualisations — Not Physically Built.
Do you also execute the design?
Yes. “Design & Build” is one of our services, and “Execution” is one of the options under what you need in the request form. The execution scope follows the contract, and you can also request design only.
What do I receive before execution?
What you receive depends on the contracted scope. The request form offers: space planning, design concept, 3D images, 3D video, virtual walkthrough, construction drawings, material and finish schedules, and a bill of quantities.
