The façade is a building's first impression, so we start from the site's climate, privacy and the owner's identity. From there we settle materials, shading, entrances and exterior lighting, and review how the façade looks in daylight and how it changes at night.

What you receive
Depending on the contracted scope, you receive a design concept for the façade and 3D images showing the building with its materials and lighting. They let you review the major decisions before they become work on site.
You can add other options when you fill in the request; the details of the scope are settled with the designer.

What should I prepare before requesting?
Start with the “Start Your Project” form: choose the project type, then location and size, what you need, what you already have (drawings, photos, dimensions), your style and timing, and finally your contact details and a review before sending. Give the country, city and district only — not your home address. You can upload up to 10 files, with a maximum of 15 MB per file and 60 MB in total, in JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF format. Uploading is optional; your files are private, never published, and used for your request only.
Do I see the design before execution?
Yes. We show you the design before execution, and the work passes three approval points with you: layout approval, design approval, then final acceptance. The images on this site are 3D Concept Visualisations — Not Physically Built.
Can I request the façade together with interior design?
Yes. In the “Location & size” step you choose interior, exterior or both, and say whether the project is a new build, an existing building or a renovation.
What do I receive with exterior design and façades?
What you receive depends on the contracted scope. The request form offers: space planning, design concept, 3D images, 3D video, virtual walkthrough, construction drawings, material and finish schedules, and a bill of quantities.
