A hotel or hospitality project holds many functions, from reception and public areas to the rooms. The challenge is for the guest to feel one coherent experience while the spaces stay practical for daily operation.

We plan the spaces and the guest and service routes first, then set a single design language that runs through every area. We present the concept in 3D before materials and details are approved.

Guests judge a place from the first moments. What we review first:

• The arrival and reception experience, and how clear movement is inside the property.
• A consistent design language between public areas and rooms.
• Separating guest routes from service and operational routes.
• Lighting, acoustics and comfort in rooms and seating areas.
• How well materials withstand repeated use and how easily they are maintained.

The project rests on Interior Design, with Exterior Design & Façades added for entrances, façade and outdoor areas where needed. 3D Visualisation shows the experience to decision-makers before execution, and Design & Build can be used where it suits.

Hospitality projects often lean towards styles that convey refinement, including Modern Luxury, Contemporary Najdi and Contemporary Hejazi, which express the local setting in a contemporary language. The choice follows the project identity and is not a constraint on your request.

What should I prepare before requesting?

Start with the “Start Your Project” form: choose the project type (“Hotels & hospitality”), then location and size, what you need, what you already have (drawings, photos, dimensions), your style and timing, and finally your contact details and a review before sending. Give the country, city and district only — not your home address. You can upload up to 10 files, with a maximum of 15 MB per file and 60 MB in total, in JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF format. Uploading is optional; your files are private, never published, and used for your request only.

Do I see the design before execution?

Yes. We show you the design before execution, and the work passes three approval points with you: layout approval, design approval, then final acceptance. The images on this site are 3D Concept Visualisations — Not Physically Built.

Do you also execute the design?

Yes. “Design & Build” is one of our services, and “Execution” is one of the options under what you need in the request form. The execution scope follows the contract, and you can also request design only.

What do I receive for my project?

What you receive depends on the contracted scope. The request form offers: space planning, design concept, 3D images, 3D video, virtual walkthrough, construction drawings, material and finish schedules, and a bill of quantities.
